A leading acute care hospital located in southern New Jersey is now seeking an experienced Nurse Manager PACU to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This renowned medical center is home to 250 inpatient beds and supports a medical staff of nearly 3,000 healthcare professionals. This location offers various clinical specialties including maternal fetal medicine, emergency and critical care, surgical services, cardiovascular and pulmonary care, neurology, and diagnostic services. 

Reporting to the Director Surgical Services, the Nurse Manager PACU will oversee the clinical and administrative operations of the Same Day Surgery and Post-Operative Care units. Responsibilities include personnel management and staff development, ensures quality patient care, maintains compliance with all regulatory standards, serves as a clinical expert, and helps to oversee department resources and financials. 

What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Registered Nurse RN licensed in the state of New Jersey or ability to obtain 
• Progressive nursing leadership experience in perioperative setting
• Expert knowledge of surgical nursing procedures and standards
