The Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of the Family Birth Center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and personalized care to expectant mothers and their families. 

Responsibilities for the Nurse Manager of the Family Birth Center will include providing strategic direction and leadership to the Family Birth Center team, mentor and develop staff to enhance skills, manage the daily operations of the center and ensure compliance with policies and State regulatory standards. The Nurse Manager will work in collaboration with Physicians, Midwives and other Family Birth Center leaders to provide the utmost quality care to patients and their families. 

An individual in possession of an active California RN license with strong labor and delivery acute care leadership experience will surely make for a quick interview.
