An award-winning non-profit hospital URGENTLY seeks aa Nurse Manager Emergency Services join their award-winning nursing team in the San Francisco Bay Area

This non-profit medical center is regionally acclaimed for their high level of patient care and offers a wide selection of services, including Oncology, Cardiology, Behavioral Health, and Family Birth Center.

Reporting to the Director of Emergency Services, the Interim Nurse Manager Emergency Services will oversee a busy 23-bed ED and a dedicated team of Assistant Nurse Managers, Staff RNs, and Clinical Technicians. The Interim Assistant Director Emergency Services will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring all clinical nursing staff.

The Nurse Manager Emergency Room will collaborate with the Infection control committee as well as the Quality Coordinator to ensure best practices and patient satisfaction. The Nurse Manager ER will be responsible for the 24 hour supervision of the department, treating any immediate medical or surgical emergencies and for providing other chronic medical problems, minor injuries or illness.
