An award-winning acute care hospital located in central Vermont is now searching for an experienced Nurse Manager Critical Care to join their accredited healthcare team.

This RN Manager Critical/Progressive Care Units will join an established critical care team and oversee all day to day activities for two busy units. Responsibilities for this Nurse Manager include oversight of budgets, staffing, departmental/organization goals, holding quarterly meetings, meeting with upper leadership to ensure quality and long term goals are upheld/achieved, and fostering a positive work environment for departmental staff. This role required a dynamic nurse leader, not afraid to be hands on with staff to promote top-notch care.
