The Maternity Services NICU Director will join a prestigious acute care hospital that drives innovation, enhances patient experiences, and ensures the delivery of top-notch care to mothers and newborns alike. The Vice President Women’s Services NICU will enjoy state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology at a large academic hospital.
The Nurse Director Women’s Services NICU will supervise nursing practices and patient-centered care within expansive and dynamic service lines, encompassing Labor and Delivery, Labor and Delivery Operating Room, Antepartum, Postpartum, and a high-acuity NICU. The Maternity Services NICU Director will uphold standards for patient care excellence and guide the establishment of organizational goals and objectives in partnership with medical, administrative, and patient services leadership.
The Maternity Services NICU Director will report to the CNO and VP of Patient Care Services. They will have support of Labor and Delivery/ Postpartum and NICU nurse managers, assistant nurse managers, charge nurses, and other nursing or departmental staff.
The ideal Nurse Director Women's Services NICU will possess a master's degree in Nursing or a related discipline as well as a minimum of 8 years' progressive leadership experience in an acute care healthcare environment.
