• Bachelor’s degree and Master's degree (one of which is in nursing). Enrollment in a degree program if not currently holding a Master's degree.
• Three years of clinical experience, including two years in a managerial capacity.

• ANCC-recognized leadership certification within one year of hire/transfer.
