At this medium-sized hospital, the Emergency Room Nurse Director will be welcomed by a cohort that emphasizes consistency, innovation, and teamwork. This Emergency Department experiences a high patient volume with over 230 patients seen a day. As Emergency Department Nurse Director, this motivated leader will have oversight of 80 patient beds and 18 Fast Tracks. The ER Nurse Director will also be responsible for providing leadership to a highly skilled team of 80 full time healthcare professionals consisting of supervisors, charge nurses, an ED Manager, Certified Emergency Nurses, and other healthcare leaders. This Emergency Room Director will report to the Chief Nursing Officer.
