The RN Director Case Management will report directly to the CEO, oversee the overall operations of care management functions, and be responsible for the development of systems, and processes in various aspects: case management social services, departmental clinical quality improvement, managing departmental strategies for clinical quality improvement (CQI). The RN Nurse Director Case Management will work collaboratively with a centralized focus on planning and utilization review processes.
The RN Case Management Director must provide 3-5 years of case management leadership, supervisory, or manager-level experience. Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, provide a bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred.
