A fantastic new Nursing Leadership opportunity in the Atlanta, GA Metro Area is now actively hiring for a Nurse Director Med Surg. The Nurse Director Med Surg will oversee a large Adult Medical Surgical Complex Care Unit with 40 beds.
The RN Director Med Surg will report to the Medical Surgical Department Administrative Director and will have the support of a Med Surg Assistant Nurse Manager, Med Surg Charge Nurses, and experienced Med Surg RN’s. The Med Surg RN Director will also work with a Medical Surgical Clinical Nurse Specialist CNS who focuses on clinical education and quality maintenance.
The Nurse Director Med Surg will join this outstanding healthcare organization at a very exciting time, as they are on their Magnet Journey! The Nurse Director Med Surg will oversee an established unit and will have the opportunity help them through their Magnet survey next year.
The Nurse Director Med Surg will be a transformative nurse leader with great communication skills able to work with and collaborate with fellow organization leaders. The RN Director Med Surg will have strong nursing leadership experience in a similar setting, ready to step into a new leadership role with a great organization. The RN Director Med Surg will enjoy working with a very tenured Med Surg Administrative Director who has an exceptional knowledge of the organization.
