The Manager Nurse Residency Program will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating and ensuring program design AACN standards are met. The Manager Nurse Residency Program will develop, design, implement and evaluate the program to meet the clinical needs of the organization. The Manager will uphold the AACN Nurse Residency Program philosophies, policies and objectives for Nurse Residents to facilitate their transition to practice into the nursing workforce.
