As the RN Manager Labor and Delivery, you will be a vital component of a large acute care facility that offers a wide variety of care such as surgical services, emergency care, family medicine, pediatrics, oncology, behavioral health, and so much more! With an experienced Labor and Delivery Nursing support staff working under them, the RN Labor and Delivery Manager will have the proper resources necessary to ensure that the department is operating at the highest level and all goals are being met. The RN Manager Labor and Delivery Manager will be supported by an Assistant Nurse Manager and will report directly to the Senior Director of Women’s Services.

As the Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative and clinical operations, aiding with development of department budgets, staffing and hiring, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance. The Nurse Manager Labor and Delivery will be an experienced nursing leader with an acute care hospital Labor and Delivery Background.
