The INTERIM Nurse Director Cath Lab RN will oversee the Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiac-Cath Lab, and Electrophysiology and be supported by a Manager, a Lead Tech, and a team of specialized nurses, techs, and ancillary staff. The Interim Nurse Director Cath Lab will manage the department finances, prepare for upcoming accreditation and surveys, update policies and procedures as needed, and be a mentor for the department. The Interim Nurse Director Cath Lab will work a Monday through Friday schedule with 24/7 accountability. 

The Interim Nurse Director Cath Lab RN will be an employee of Clinical Management Consultants, and be offered a 13-week minimum contract that may be extended or converted into the full-time, permanent position. The Interim Nurse Director Cath Lab RN will be a W9 employee paid bi-weekly, and be offered a competitive wage, PTO, medical insurance, housing, travel, and car rental for the duration of the assignment. 

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse
• Previous leadership experience overseeing a Cath Lab within an acute care setting
• Clinical Background in Cath Lab
• Ability to start within the next 14-30 days
