Reporting to the VP Chief Medical Officer, The Interim Director Quality RN will oversee the organization’s Quality Department. The Interim Director Quality RN will be responsible for monitoring all regulatory body surveys, and state licensing, and will work closely with organizational leadership at all levels to ensure quality measures are being implemented and adhered to.

 In addition, the Interim Director Quality RN will be responsible for developing goals and initiatives to maintain and enhance the quality of patient care focusing on positive patient outcomes. The Interim Director Quality RN will serve as a resource for all departments regarding quality measures and the Interim Director Quality RN will work closely with Risk Management to partner on projects and address issues through internal investigation.
