Reporting to the inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager, the Inpatient Rehab Assistant Nurse Manager will be working alongside with a team of amazing CRRN certified Nurses and Nursing Assistants in this busy 20-bed unit. You will be part of a team that help to integrate families into a child’s recovery from traumatic injury or life-threatening illness.

The Inpatient Rehab Assistant Nurse Manager will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting the staff's ability to meet patient needs. This will include developing and supporting educational initiatives, serving as a mentor to new leaders, preceptor for new nurses and nursing students, and being a champion for quality improvement throughout the department. The Inpatient Rehab Assistant Nurse Manager will also take on administrative duties in the department, including oversight and maintenance of the budget, recruitment and retention of staff.
