Reporting Structure: The ICU Registered Nurse will report to the Director of Critical Care and work closely with the intensive care unit team.
Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
- Formulate a care plan based on identified needs and facilitate interventions and referrals as appropriate.
- Effectively communicate identified needs and care plans with the multidisciplinary care team including providers, pharmacists, dieticians, social workers, case managers, and more.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust the care plan accordingly.
