The ICU Nurse Manager with this 200 patient bed, Level IV Trauma Center will be leading a team that values high quality care, a safe environment, and a compassionate health care experience.
The ICU Nurse Manager will be joining a state-of-the-art, 200 patient bed, Level IV Trauma Center hospital that is home to the most advanced inpatient and outpatient medical specialties such as 24/7 emergency care, cardiovascular services, Women and Infant Services, and an impressive array of advanced invasive and non-invasive surgical services. Not only is this a great hospital, but it is also an entity of a multi-campus health system that the ICU Nurse Manager will experience professional development and career growth with.
This ICU Nurse Manager will oversee a state-of-the-art Critical Care department including a 28 bed Medical Surgical Cardiac ICU in a Level I Stroke and Stemi Center. The ICU Nurse Manager will manage 100 staff members including Registered Nurses, many of which have their CCRN Certification, Support Staff, Clinical Supervisors, Charge RNs, and other tenured healthcare professionals. The ICU Nurse Manager will report directly to the Director of Critical Care Services and will be responsible for day-to-day clinical operations, resource management, budgetary oversight, and collaboration with over department leaders. Prior leadership experience in Critical Care Services and a Masters Degree will make for quick interviews!
