The Administrative Director Acute Care Pharmacy will play a crucial role in overseeing all pharmacy department operations - leadership will be instrumental in ensuring clinical excellence, guiding and educating the team. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with hospital regulations and standards while implementing policies and procedures to optimize workflow. The Hospital Pharmacy Director will have the support of a dedicated team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, as well as inpatient and outpatient pharmacy staff.

Administrative Director Acute Care Pharmacy qualifications:

• A minimum of five years of advancing leadership roles in a hospital pharmacy environment, with a preference for prior experience at the Director level
• A Master or Doctor of Pharmacy degree 
• Extensive expertise in pharmacy operations
• Strong working knowledge of 340B Regulations
• Outstanding abilities in communication, interpersonal relations, and leadership
