The Nursing Manager will report to a tenured Chief Nursing Officer and work in collaboration with experienced managers and oversee a team of talented RN’s, CNA’s and LPN’s.

This position provides the Nursing Manager the opportunity to oversee and work in the ER, ICU, OB, Cath Lab, PACU, Med / Surg, Behavioral Health units.

The Manager will oversee functions of the hospital including staffing, administrative duties, patient care coordination and developing continuous education opportunities for staff.

An RN with an active Montana license and acute care leadership experience will surely make for a quick interview at this hospital.
