The Hospital Lab Manager will ideally have their Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technologist or related field, their Medical Technologist MT, an ASCP Certification, and previous hospital laboratory leadership or supervisory experience. The Hospital Laboratory Manager will enjoy a Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm day shift schedule.

The Hospital Laboratory Services Manager directly reports to the Hospital Administrative Director of Laboratory, overseeing daily lab operations. Crucially, the Hospital Lab Manager is accountable for fostering a culture of excellence in the delivery and quality of hospital laboratory services. Serving as both a leader and a supportive figure, they play a vital role in maintaining a high-performance team dynamic among laboratory employees.
