The Hospital Director Infection Prevention will be responsible for providing leadership and direction for prevention and control of hospital acquired infections. Reporting directly to the Executive Director of Quality and Patient Safety, the Hospital Director Infection Prevention will also serve as a leader in demonstrating knowledge and epidemiologic research. The Hospital Director Infection Prevention will collaborate with teams, physicians and individuals to create and implement infection prevention strategies. In this role, the Hospital Director Infection Prevention will lead research efforts, integrating evidence-based practices into the IP strategy. They will leverage extensive expertise in epidemiological research, shaping study content and guiding project alignment with organizational goals.

The ideal Hospital Director Infection Prevention candidate will hold their Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Public Health, Epidemiology or a related field and will have leadership experience in the acute care setting. The Hospital Director Infection Prevention will enjoy a Monday-Friday day shift schedule!
