We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Hospital Controller. Job Summary:
As the Hospital Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of financial operations within the hospital. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the hospital's financial stability, compliance with regulations, and efficient utilization of resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with exceptional leadership and analytical skills.

Capabilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and manage capital and operating budgets.
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage the hospital's revenue cycle, including billing, collections, and reimbursement processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial management role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setting.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
