The Home Health Nurse will report to the Manager of Home Health. This Nurse will provide direct and indirect patient care in the home health setting. The Home Health Nurse will communicate with physicians, nurse managers, and co-workers, as appropriate about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. This person must be able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
