Clinical Management Consultants is Hiring an Environmental Services Director Near Midland, TX

A leading critical access hospital located in west Texas is now seeking an experienced Environmental Services Director to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This critical access location boasts 20 inpatient beds and offers a full spectrum of acute care services. For nearly a century, this organization has offered exceptional patient care services in a welcoming and safe environment. This location currently offers a number of services including cardiovascular, emergency, imaging and laboratory, surgical, respiratory, and rehabilitation services.

Reporting to hospital Administration, the Environmental Services Director will oversee all building and housekeeping services for the hospital. The Environmental Services Director will oversee a team of 12 FTEs, evaluate overall environmental health, develop policies and procedures, ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, manage department budgets, lead recruitment and training initiatives, and support the overall vision and mission of the organization.
