A reputable hospital in North Carolina is actively seeking an Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position where the Emergency Services RN will be a direct-hire employee of the health system. There are day shift and night shift openings available, working either a 4-10 or 3-12 schedule.

Responsibilities of the RN Emergency will include assessing, evaluating, monitoring, and treating patients in the Main ED. Additionally, the Emergency RN will serve as an educational resource for the patients, their families, and new-hire department staff. Working alongside a team of highly specialized RN and LPN nurses, technicians, and ancillary staff allows the RN to cross collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when developing individualized patient care treatment plans.
Ideally, the Emergency Department Nurse will hold or be willing to obtain their North Carolina or compact multi-state registered nurses license, and have at least 1 year of direct patient care experience working within an ER.
