An exciting new opportunity has just become available as our dynamic and innovative hospital located in the greater Dallas, TX area is looking for an Emergency Department Nurse Director to ensure that their facility is providing the highest level of Emergency Care. As the Emergency Department Nurse Director, you will be a vital component of this 50 bed acute care facility. 

With an experienced Emergency Services Nursing support staff working under them, the ED Nurse Director will have the proper resources necessary to ensure that the Emergency Department is operating at the highest level possible and all goals of the department are being met. The RN Director Emergency Department will report directly to the CNO and will collaborate with them on unit goals and initiatives.

As the Nurse Director Emergency Department, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative operations, maintaining a fiscally responsible budget, staffing and hiring, developing and implementing departmental procedures, and monitoring and evaluating staff performance. The Emergency Department RN Director will be an experienced nursing leader in acute care hospital emergency services speciality.
