The Director of Cardiac Services will play a pivotal role in managing both administrative and clinical functions within the Cardiovascular services department. This includes ensuring appropriate staffing levels, managing budgets for labor and operations, maintaining compliance with policies and regulations, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care services and make strategic decisions regarding staffing, including hiring, firing, and disciplining staff as necessary.
Qualifications in the role of Director of Cardiac Services include possessing a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, knowledge of hybrid cardiac programs necessary, and Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
