About the Role: Reporting directly to the Intensive Care Unit Nurse Director, the Nurse Manager will become responsible for oversight and management of all staff within this fast-paced inpatient unit. The RN Manager Critical Care Unit will have the wonderful opportunity to see a team of 50 FTEs including Charge Nurses, Staff RNs, and Techs, and will provide hands-on leadership to ensure high quality patient care outcomes. The Nurse Manager Critical Care will work with the Director on unit budget, identify opportunities for performance improvement and continued nursing education, and will ensure safe and appropriate staffing for the 18-bed ICU.

What you have: The ideal candidate for the Critical Care Services Nurse Manager role will possess a BSN Degree, along with current Georgia State RN license. The Intensive Care Services team is seeking a candidate that has 5 years of intensive care unit nursing experience.
