Reporting to the Senior Director, the Hospital Risk Manager RN will oversee risk management initiatives throughout the hospital. Responsibilities include maintaining the risk management information database, conducting root cause analysis investigations, preparing incident summary reports, and facilitating the peer review process and completion of safety solutions. The Hospital Risk Manager RN will work closely with legal counsel, hospital leadership, and medical staff as a key resource, liaison, and mentor for implementing hospital best practices to improve safety and promote quality care.
The Hospital Risk Manager RN must hold their active Registered Nurse License, with previous Healthcare Risk Management experience, ideally within a hospital-based setting.
