In this role as Clinic Operations Associate Vice President, this outpatient leader will be tasked with directing operations of the Medical Specialities Division. This leader will be tasked with providing oversight in all areas of outpatient clinic operations including the Cardiovascular Service Line, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Palliative Care, Hospice, Hematology / Oncology, and Radiation Oncology. Further responsibilities include increasing retention, assisting operational leaders with review of policy and procedures, designing workflow enhancements, and providing direction in strategic initiatives. Developing improvement strategies, forecasting trends, establishing measures, and designing programs are all additional responsibilities of the Clinic Operations Associate Vice President.

A candidate with prior leadership experience in operations and ambulatory services in the acute-care setting will make for quick interviews! an Analytical and strategic skillset will be very useful in this role. Additional qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field or equivalent experience, 6 years of multi-clinic leadership experience, and experience in computer applications are additional requirements in of the Clinic Operations Associate Vice President.
