A Central Oregon Physician Practice Group is actively seeking an experience Chief Financial Officer to lead the financial future of the organization.

The Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the Physician Group and all outpatient facilities. The Chief Financial Officer will be supported by a Finance Director and an experienced finance team. The CFO will manage accounting, purchasing, budget management, financial, compliance auditing and financial reporting to regulatory agencies and committees of the organization.

 The Chief Financial Officer will establish and maintain appropriate financial policies and strategies, accurate and timely financial reporting, establishment of budgets, and approval of capital expenditures.

The Chief Financial Officer will collaborate with the Chief Executive Officer, Board of Directors and Hospital Directors and Physician Partners to set and reach financial goals and provide financial guidance. The CFO will establish and recommend the leadership team regarding any major corporate economic strategies, objectives and policies for the company.
