The Cath Lab Nurse Manager will join a 100 bed medical center and lead their busy Cath Lab and Interventional Services Department. This hospital is apart of a well-established health system in the Bay Area and is a key health resource in its community.
The Cath Lab Nurse Manager will help lead an amazing team of experienced Registered Nurses and Cardiac Catheterization Technologists. Supported directly by several Charge Nurses, the Nurse Manager will play a vital role in leading clinical and administrative operations for the department. The Cath Lab Nurse Manager will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and innovative changes to this busy department. The Nurse Manager will inspire a culture of respect, diligence and innovation. This is a great opportunity to gain more experience running a reputable department by overseeing day-to-day operations, implementing policy changes and monitoring the department’s staffing. The Nurse Manager will ensure that their team is up to date on their clinical competencies and will actively engage in clinical quality improvement tasks. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of Cath Lab experience working in an acute care setting and have had at least 3 years of progressive leadership experience.
