This Assistant RN Manager Critical Care will report to the Nurse Manager and help lead an experienced team across this busy Medical ICU unit. This Assistant Nurse Manager will posses both administrative and clinical responsibilities as they assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This Assistant ICU Nure Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld.

Requirements include:

• Active NYS RN license
• 3 years of clinical experience in acute care hospital critical care setting
• previous RN leadership experience (charge nurse, supervisor, lead RN, etc.)
