The Surgical Intensive Care Unit Assistant Nurse Manager will work alongside the SICU Manager and Director as well as work alongside very reputable and well-respected physicians in the department. The SICU Assistant Nurse Manager will have the advanced knowledge and skills required for this role including strong leadership background, ability to guide staff, and work collaboratively. 

Requirements for the SICU Assistant Nurse Manager position include Current NY State RN Licensure, BSN Degree, 3-5 years recent clinical nursing experience in SICU setting, ACLS certification, and prior strong leadership experience in the Intensive Care acute hospital setting. The schedule is four 10 hr shifts/wk and with the night shift team.
