Reporting to the Manager of Emergency Services, the Assistant Nurse Manager will join a fast-paced Emergency department. Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services include overseeing day-to-day operations, acting as the department resource, staff scheduling, conducting new-hire interviews, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting new-hire and ongoing department education initiatives. 

The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services should be a seasoned nurse with previous management experience and a clinical background working in an Emergency department. The Assistant Nurse Manager Emergency Services is eager to lead, educate, and mentor a nursing team.
