 Responsibilities of the Assistant Nurse Director Surgical Services will include: 

• Develop and manage capital and operating budgets in collaboration with the Perioperative Director.
• Participate in setting departmental goals, standards of care, and policies and procedures.
• Foster collaborative relationships with other departments and disciplines.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to nurse managers.
• Oversee the training and development of Perioperative personnel.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards, and promote continuous improvement in nursing care delivery.

The ideal Assistant Nurse Director Surgical Services candidate will have several years of acute care leadership experience in the surgical space along with their Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN). A Master's degree is preferred but not required.
