In this comprehensive role, the Psychiatry RN Assistant Director will have the opportunity to enhance their leadership acumen, as the role oversees the administrative and operational functions of the unit. This role reports to a dynamic and supportive Director of Behavioral Health. This Psychiatry Nurse Leader will oversee over a staff of full-time employees including Registered Nurses and Counselors. Many of the experienced Nurses are educated in trauma-informed care and use a sensory approach to de-escalate patients. A team of onsite Psychiatrists will also collaborate with this RN Leader. Candidates with relevant leadership experience will earn quick interviews.
