The Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Quality Manager will join a well rounded team of healthcare professionals at a well established surgery center in the Portland area. This technologically advanced Ambulatory Surgery Center offers state-of-the-art equipment and a wide range of surgical treatments.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing and the Director of Clinical Quality, the Ambulatory Surgery Nurse Quality Manager will lead a terrific team of seasoned healthcare workers. They will collaborate with exceptional surgeons and will be supported by experienced Registered Nurses and Surgical Technicians.
The Nurse Leader will play a vital role in upholding quality standards, monitoring regulatory compliance and assessing for survey readiness. The idea candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in a Surgery Center. Preferred requirements include, a CNOR certification, 3 years of nurse leadership experience and experience working on quality improvement initiatives.
