Collaborating closely with internal medicine physicians, other mid-level providers, RNs, and multidisciplinary hospital staff, the Acute Care Nurse Practitioner will diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, manage care plans, and ensure positive outcomes for acute care patients. 

Acute Care Transplant NP/PA Requirements:

• Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license and certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care hospital setting.
• For NPs, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to delivering compassionate and evidence-based patient care.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs) and healthcare technology.
