A leading academic medical center located in the metro DC region is now seeking an experienced Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This Magnet designated acute care facility is home to over 500 inpatient beds and offers a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services. This location is nationally recognized for a number of services including maternity care, cardiovascular, oncology care, radiology, respiratory care, and much more. 

The Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider will join a state-of-the-art medical transplant department that performs the highest volume of organ transplants in the country. This department proudly performs more than 8,5000 transplants annually and is known as a leader in transplant medicine. The Advanced Practice Provider will provide and coordinate clinical services for pre and post transplant, performs patient evaluations, collaborates with physician teams, ensures post operative stabilization, and provides discharge planning.

What Makes You Awesome:

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Prior experience in an inpatient acute care setting
• Experience in transplant medicine is a plus but not required
