We have an immediate opening for a full-time Call Center Representative in our Waterloo Clinic.
Responsibilities include:
- Answer telephone calls in a clear professional manner.
- Direct telephone calls accordingly.
- Make, cancel, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Gather, verify, and enter demographic information.
- Make outbound calls as needed.
- Assist with recall.
- Maintain patient records according to HIPAA guidelines.
- Effectively interact with co-workers, physicians, and patients.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications include:
- Ability to demonstrate strong patient service skills.
- Ability to effectively enter information into a variety of computer programs.
- Ability to portray a professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast pace, high-call volume environment.
- Ability to work M-F between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
Previous experience in a call center or medical office required.
