Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Earnix/Guidewire Ratings Engine for insurance and banking analytics, with a focus on P&C insurance.
- Extract and analyze data for FinTech applications, building and reviewing statistical models to predict customer behavior, risk, and demand.
- Develop and implement new product activities, leveraging bank analytics and insights.
- Utilize various data analytical tools, including Python, R, and others, with knowledge of NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Drive research and analysis independently and collaboratively, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- 8 years of experience with Guidewire Ratings Engine/Earnix in the insurance and banking domains.
- Strong background in data extraction, analysis, and modeling for FinTech applications.
- Proficiency in Python, R, and other data analytical tools, with knowledge of NLP, reinforcement learning, and deep learning techniques.
- Experience with Java/J2EE and cloud platforms (preferably AWS) is desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
