Job requirements/ skills:

• Read and understand all documentations related to tools.
• Execute engineering requests per instructions.
• Perform the set up and verification of equipment and process per instructions.
• Follow security, safety, and quality procedures for all work performed.
• Read and understand all documents related to tools/processes.
• Understanding of lean processing, standard workflow, and problem solving.
• Able to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through different forms of communications.
• Able to communicate both written and verbal to co-workers, supervisors and customer.
• Provide reports and status updates as requested by LB management.
• Ability to be flexible as well as to be able to accept constant change in test procedures especially during issues escalations when new requests for special tasks keep coming (very often daily).
• Able to understand and communicate testing parameters.
• Ensure accuracy of data and process adherence.
• Responsible for entering data into the incident report system.
• Execute first level of troubleshooting of process, product or tooling problem.
• Demonstrate ability to train others and work in a team environment.
• Work other duties as assigned.
• Able to organize data for use by Lionbridge Technical staff and the client.
• Performs tasks to assist other test technicians and test engineers.
• Actively involved in defect finding and troubleshooting, reporting and verification, suggesting root causes and reporting test results.
• Performs testing tasks and execution in assigned functional areas according to established test plans and schedules.

About you:

• Associate Degree or a minimum of 1 year in a R&D / proto production environment.
• Experience working in a prototype environment.
• Experience with Microsoft applications.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrams.
• Must be a self-start capable of managing own activities as well as supporting team activities.
• Ability to stand for 2 hours at a time.
