Job Description: Security Officer
Location: Stamford, CT, 06901

- Availability to work weekdays and weekends
Job Responsibilities:
- Patrol the apartment complex premises to ensure the safety and security of residents and their property
- Respond to any suspicious activity
- Enforce property rules and regulations
- Respond to emergency situations and contact appropriate authorities if necessary
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors
- Complete daily security reports and maintain accurate records
Qualifications:
- Valid security license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Basic computer skills
Working Conditions:
- 2nd shift, weekdays and weekends
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
