ClinCapture is a software company that provides a clinical trials platform for the Biotech industry.

We are looking for a student who has high energy and a passion for the startup work environment. Each day is different, be it helping out managers, contributing to the podcast, or welcoming customers who visit our offices. You’ll have the opportunity to gain valuable professional experience and hopefully have a enjoyable time as well.

Hours: 15 per week

Compensation: $15 per hour

Location: Las Vegas, NV on-site

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact to customers and guests, ensuring a great first impression of our company 
• Maintain a professional look of the office 
• Assist managers with daily tasks, including administrative
• Handle multiple tasks at the same time
• Conduct research and compile data
• Help plan internal and external events 
• Assist with additional projects, as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree or Bachelor's degree
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
