We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our team. The Software Architect will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of our software systems, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture design, and a passion for creating high-quality, scalable software solutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design the architecture of software systems, considering factors such as scalability, maintainability, security, and performance.
• Create technical specifications and architectural documents.
• Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance on best practices and architectural patterns.
• Review code and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating relevant ones into the architecture.
• Perform code reviews, provide feedback to developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Define and enforce best practices for software development and architecture.
• Conduct research and make recommendations on software products and services.

Desired Skills, Certifications, and Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Software Architect or similar role.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, etc.
• Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire development teams.
• Experience with database design and optimization.
• Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
