Job Summary:
As an IT Helpdesk Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues across our roughly 600 users/computers. You will work with a team that’s main responsibility is working on PC’s and mobile devices and occasionally work on projects involving networks and systems. You’ll work with Office 365 and other services and be a go to IT technician. This role will require one (1) day in the office.
