• Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and ventilation systems
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure efficient and high-quality installations

• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and time spent on each job
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Stay current with the latest HVAC technologies, tools, and techniques

• Prior experience as a residential HVAC installer or relevant technical training
• Experience with water-sourced heat pumps (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• EPA certification (preferred)
