This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager career path. Responsibilities of this role are as follows: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and informationBreak projects into doable actions and set timeframesLiaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule managementMake sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolveAnalyze risks and opportunitiesOversee project procurement managementMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers and share their work loadUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresCreate and maintain project documentation, plans and reportsQualificationsProject Coordination experienceKnowledge and aspiration in project management, from conception to deliveryMS Office Suite experienceExcellent communication skillsExperience managing and taking on project load to help various PMCoordination with Dev. Managers to intake, expected completion date/deadlines, ad-hoc request for enhancement & changeOrganized, systematic, outgoing personality & initiative takerConstant interaction with PMs and PM team leadersGood organizational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk management and quality assurance controlStrong working knowledge of Project management tools Additional InformationThis 6 month contract to hire will be located in the south Denver area near I-25 and Lincoln. There are options for a hybrid schedule of remote and onsite weekly.
