Job Description We are seeking a Food and Nutrition Program Coordinator for a 12 month contract in Nashville, TN. This will be a hybrid schedule consisting of some in office/onsite work in Nashville, occasional travel to other sites within the greater Nashville area, and some telecommuting/remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to food access and nutrition security efforts for multiple locations and you will support key division leadership by providing technical oversight and input on the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of food access and nutrition projects as directed. Key Duties/Responsibilities:
Plan and convene meetings with internal and external partners that support nutrition security efforts across the state
Identify emerging issues/opportunities related to food access, and work across sectors to convene key stakeholders and collaboratively develop action plans to address them
Leverage existing resources and establish new partnerships that support nutrition security in Tennessee
Support multi stakeholder, high impact projects and programs that fill gaps in t
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in nutrition, public health or related field is required; master's degree preferred.
5 years of relevant, progressively responsible project management experience
5 years of professional facilitation experience
Proven ability to identify emerging challenges in complex environments and find stakeholder-driven solutions to address them
Experience with statewide plan development
Experience conceptualizing contracted scopes of work and overseeing their execution
•Prior experience working with nutrition related programs
Background in food systems
Some travel required

Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel
