Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious, strategic self-starter to develop and optimize product operations processes across our new retail/product division.

This role will be onsite/in the office Monday- Friday in Englewood, CO (no remote options) and will be a contract-to-hire (or direct hire based on candidate and organization preference).

In this role, you will oversee the capability portfolio, evaluate results against success metrics and report project roadmap progress and performance to senior leadership. Additional responsibilities include: 

• Develop vision and direction of capability portfolio to consider the launch of new brands, support for digital-first approach, end-to-end visibility of demand/supply processes and business performance KPIs;
• Recommend capability improvements, considering the current IT roadmap and business processes within the department;
• Prioritize and align operational capabilities with leadership and executive council;
• Partner cross-functionally to oversee strategic projects and ensure timely execution for successful deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in business, finance, economics, or related fields;
• Five or more years experience in program and/or change management processes, system implementations, and/or enhancements;
• Previous experience building financial models, business case development (cost, benefit, risks etc.), and proposal reviews with senior management;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, analytics, and data visualization software.

Nice to have: 

• MBA, preferred;
• Experience using Agile practices and methodologies, preferred;
• Experience in the telecommunication industry, preferred.

Additional Information

This contract-to-hire (or direct hire depending on candidate and organization preference) will be located in Englewood, CO. This role will be performed onsite/ in the office Monday-Friday (there are no remote options).
